Leisure Pilot is not considered to be a job on Transport Tycoon. Instead, as a Leisure Pilot, you are allowed to fly certain aircraft that are otherwise locked behind this job title.

Activating the Leisure Pilot "job" can be done via:

M → Player Options → Change to Leisure Pilot

Or

M → Phone → Job Center → Leisure Pilot

The second option requires Player level 100.

Alternatively, you can also visit a Job Center .
